Firefighters open their doors to the public for the annual open house
October 8, 2007
Southborough firefighters once again opened their doors to the public for the annual FIre Station Open House. Despite the rain, a fairly large crowd of people visited the fire station during the Town's Heritage Day festivities held on Columbus Day.
Many firefighters volunteered their time to interact with Southborough citizens and guests by providing many demonstrations:
Crawl Low under smoke
Dress up as a firefighter
Tours of Southborough's fire trucks and ambulances
Emergency Medical Services (EMS) demonstrations
Fighting a house fire
Southborough's Emergency Management trailer
Animal Shelter information
