NOTES:
Note 1: Withdrawn for FY07 & FY08 at the request of Town Boards and Committees - Postpone replacement two years.
Note 2: Replaced by used command vehicle every 5 years so no incremental cost
Note 3: 5 year life as command then 5 year as inspection vehicle
