Four injured in Breakneck Hill Road Crash

Four occupants of a vehicle were transported to Marlborough Hospital after their vehicle collided with a tree and rock.

None of the injuries were considered serious.

Due to multiple incidents occurring at the same time, the second ambulance from Southborough responded from MetroWest Framingham hospital.
